When will I receive my custom indicator?

Please allow up to 48 hours for digital purchases to arrive to your email.

How do I import my custom indicator?

Please READ the instructions provided on the PDF sent to you with the custom indicator script URL. Remember DO NOT double click the URL! Follow the instructions and highlight your URL, copy then import it by pressing control V in the shared item screen on Thinkorswim.

I downloaded my custom indicator PDF, why does it say, "you have reached your maximum downloads" if I try to download it again?

Once you download your indicator PDF, it can be found in your downloaded files. The indicator PDF can only be downloaded once and should be found in your files. The indicator itself can be imported an infinite number of times.

Why doesn't my custom script work?

For best results, the custom scripts provided should typically be used on a one-minute chart. Be sure you are using the correct script for the correct trading platform.
